Vr77 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

Please read this document carefully before using vr77's services. By registering or accessing the platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein.

Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to amendment from time to time.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the vr77 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies, including the Privacy Policy and responsible gaming guidelines published by vr77.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the vr77 platform. Continued use after any changes to the terms will be considered acceptance of those changes.

This platform is intended for users aged 18 and above only. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that use of the platform is permitted under the laws applicable in your location.

2. Account Creation & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the vr77 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without notice.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. Any false or misleading information may result in immediate account termination. vr77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials. vr77 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. If you suspect your account has been compromised, please contact our support team immediately.

Quick Registration Requirements

  1. Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
  2. Providing your full name, date of birth, and a valid email address.
  3. Not using a VPN or location-masking software to bypass geographical restrictions.
  4. Not registering on behalf of another person without written authorisation.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

Users of the vr77 platform agree to use its services solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vr77 platform:

  1. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other method to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
  2. Engaging in any form of fraud, including identity falsification or the use of unauthorised credit cards or payment methods.
  3. Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt the platform's technical infrastructure.
  4. Sharing your account with others or allowing third parties to access your account.
  5. Engaging in any activities related to money laundering through the platform.
  6. Posting content that is offensive, threatening, or infringes upon the rights of any party.

Vr77 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these rules and to take appropriate action, including suspending or closing accounts and reporting to the relevant authorities.

4. Payment Information & Transactions

All transactions on the vr77 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users may make deposits via supported local payment methods, including bank transfers through FPX, digital wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, and online banking from major Malaysian financial institutions.

Deposits will be credited to your gaming account within the stipulated timeframe once payment has been confirmed. vr77 is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties, including payment processors or banking institutions.

Withdrawal Terms

  1. Withdrawals may only be processed to a verified bank account or digital wallet registered in the same user's name.
  2. Users may be required to complete an identity verification process before their first withdrawal is processed.
  3. Vr77 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until all compliance checks have been completed.
  4. Any bonuses or promotional credits are subject to their own wagering requirements before withdrawals are permitted.

Vr77 does not charge any processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party financial institutions may impose their own charges, which are beyond vr77's control.

The service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical disruptions, or factors beyond our control. vr77 will endeavour to minimise any downtime and notify users in advance where possible.

Intellectual Property

All content on the vr77 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software — is the intellectual property of vr77 or its licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from vr77.

Third-Party Links

The vr77 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided solely for user convenience. vr77 does not control the content or privacy practices of these third-party sites and is not responsible for their content or any losses resulting from their use.

6. Account Policy, Terms Amendments & Applicable Law

Account Suspension & Closure

Vr77 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time for the following reasons: violation of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, requests from relevant authorities, or at the user’s own request. In cases where accounts are closed due to violations, any remaining credit balance may be forfeited depending on the circumstances.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so through our customer support channels. Any valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once a review has been completed.

Terms Amendments

Vr77 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any material changes via the platform or their registered email address. Continued use of the platform after any amendments take effect will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the vr77 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism as determined by vr77.
